Roll-ons: Roll the ball on top the bottle on your feet. Apply generous amount on affected area and massage for atleast 5 mins. Soon, scent of the oil should disappear and absorbed into the skin.

Lotions: Gently massage lotion into your skin, focusing your application onto the affected areas.

IMPORTANT: Do not apply Spagyrics products to wounds, broken or damaged skin. DO NOT DRINK. Children under 12 and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before using. Stop use immediately if you experience burning, excessive skin irritation, or redness.

Symptoms and severity of nerve pain is different for each sufferer. Most find relief when used twice per day. However, it is safe to use all Spagyrics products up to four times per day.
